several of the light cashers I know have moved on to other games now, all these games only have a limited timespan before there left with just a few diehards.

Speculum are no longer a part of the sylph arena rewards you should take a closer look. Not since it started bugging out. You do however have a claim at sylph equipment shards. Im missing over 600 and should have 3 pieces yet they cant seem to fix their game. And the last comp pack only gave lvl 70+ playrs 10 shards yet 50+ got significantly more yet YOU CANT EVEN DO SYLPH ARENA AT LEVEL FIFTY. it starts at 55 YOU NEED TO REMEDY THIS WARTUNES. Give us our missing shards or put the arena back how it was until you can fix this ****. your not giving adequate compensation for the time missed.

there is sepulcrum in the weekly rewards we have not recieved since the new patch
