for the black screen problem. i had it too and all i did was clear my browser cache then it worked. try it. ^_^

everything is working now, it is good... but, just my opinion ... FONTS in world chat .. not good .. also about Archers I Need my HAT BACK very bad about reducing hall of heroes DUNGEON attempts.. GUILD CHAT blinking all the Time so dont understand its PM massage or GUILD massage ... I think some things must be Fixed it will help us to play better, I think u want more Players on servers not Less...
