finally ended wartune. I am very grateful I never spent a penny because this game is not worth getting paid. Only some stupid people have spent a lot of money and spent their life playing this stupid game.

Not sure exactly what you're trying to say there. If you're saying R2 should just turn the servers back on... it doesn't work that way.

So... because there seems to be some confusion about the proceedings... Up until now, the motions and things have been about stopping the other side from being able to use data they took from GHW or to move the data they took from GHW - a restraining order of sorts. That part of the proceedings was denied because the court did not find that Texas was the proper venue. This does not mean that one is right and the other wrong, just that the Texas court found the injunction should have been filed elsewhere. The original petition still moves forward and has been set for non-jury trial for 10/21/2021.
