The people that spent $300 to get them probably would have spent $300+ on Cloud City Chests for that event even if there was no promotion, so really they saved $9.

The spend events was just giving to bad reward for be worth rechards for some skins some we all know will come into Hot Shop later so i skipped spend, just for get wings me 2% was not worth the 50k spend spicelt when them dosent sell anything in the moment into Hot Shop some rechards events going.
