No, its pretty simple you just read without paying atention, you're not in first grade, and they do not have to give examples like
"For example - if your guild has no towers you'll hit no dmg, if it has 1 tower, you'll hit 50% of your normal dmg ... and so on", if you cant math from -100 to +100, then no it was not even close to rude enough i should have started with something like "you have been officialy demoted to slipper animalcule "

I'm curious: What's the purpose of killing people in the BG? I know you get more star points and honor, but don't you max at a certain point? Also, why did I see level 59 characters in BG when I was level 54, but now that I'm 55 I'm up against level 62 to 64?

There is a reason for cd cooldown, Its based on real life. If you catch 5 fish in a row in real life you stand up and start to admire your surroundings. Then you sit down have a tea or coffee and some small nibbles to replenish the energy you used to catch the 5 fish.

You also wait for someone to stroll by and ask if you have anything in your net, to which you reply yes ive caught 5 fish.
They ask to take a look and you show them.

There is a danger to this though cause the last guy who took a look in my net couldnt see any fish but apparently i have 40k daru in there.
