Faction Shaman, but lack tittle & mount

JohnMichael server 1 west...I have been faction shaman for awhile now, this morning even thou our leader board shows me as shaman & my clan is ranked 3rd, the game in its infinite wisdom stripped me of the title & mount...during todays war I was able to send chariots & do the goddess defense blessing..any idea what is going on?...I am hoping at reset that the title & mount are restored..no idea on how to do screenshots & no desire to learn

We do not have a designated moderator for Dragon Awaken right now. We're from other games trying to help out until one is appointed. All details and information are always appreciated, but without screenshots to go with the explanations, it makes it very difficult to forward the issue to the team to have it fixed or find out what's going on.
