how do you drop from 147053798 battle rating to 144370113 after switching out over 20 decors of 2300 and 3400 and adding decors of 4000 and 6000 in default homestead ? and why does that happen ? I am beginning to understand why long time players are quitting the game, it takes time to do whats needed to raise BR just to have it drop as soon as you raise it !I saw it going up while I was working , then drop all of a sudden !!

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with this game. I would suggest filing a ticket with support explaining what you upgraded and how your BR is dropping. Any screenshots you have documenting the issue will be of assistance to figuring out what is going on.
