Bug issues in general

I'm from s7, and there seems to be a couple of issues.

Firstly the role of Elder for Amity is empty, when my clan (StormPower) should have it since the game says we rank #1. Yet it's well after midnight and it says the Elder title is vacant. The Master and Shaman are filled, but not Elder.

My in game wife says she recruited Drunk Panda, did inherit, and her br lowered not increased. She also said there were issues in Dragon Catacombs, but wasn't specific. Also she said that when she looked things over in our faction, our clan was the only lvl 2 clan, when there is supposed to be 2 lvl 2 clan's, but nothing about titles.

I've refreshed, tried a different browser, tried the client, cleared stuff. Nothing.

Edit: I am on floor 8 of Dragon Catacombs, have been all over, and there is no Dragon treasure Chest. Found the dragon its self, but no chest.

For item #1 - it does not state it anywhere, but I believe the titels for elder/shaman/Master require lvl 60 to be awarded ( I am confirming with devs) ALSO clan lvl shouldn't affect this

For Item #2 - When recruiting a brand new hero, and inheriting right away - the ALL stats from some areas do not get added to the new hero for a few hours or as far as one day (No answer as to why yet)

As for Dragon Catacombs, without a SS it harder to determine whether its a bug issue or not. So next time please SS and post here.

When did the titles require someone to be lvl 60? It used to be that Elder was given to the clan leader of the #1 clan for contribution, shaman was given to the clan leader of #2 clan of contribution. Now I cannot even assist my own faction because I have no title because I'm not lvl 60?!

Supremacy's KinG was not lvl 60 when he got the elder title, and he hadn't lost it. Now he's lvl 62, but still.

That's going to take a while considering I'm only lvl 58 and trying to work on my talents, which takes both gold AND exp to lvl up.

But that's ** to need to be lvl 60 for a title. Since I played Dragon Lord, you NEVER needed to be lvl 60. When I joined and played Dragon Awaken, I was no where near lvl 60 when I got the Shaman title. Then I got the elder title for a day, when my clan ranked #1. Now your telling me the rules got changed you have to be lvl 60?! That's a cheap cheating shot. Not all of those who have a title in Amity can be on to participate in WAR or Guard the Goddess to activate the special abilities. I am one who happens to be on enough to activate them. Now I can't do anything because supposedly you have to be lvl 60?!

Why suddenly now is this happening? And if this REALLY was the case, why is the Elder spot vacant? There is one lvl 61 in Amity who could have the title. But if it's because she's not in the #1 clan, which happens to be mine, then that's messed up.

Never ever, never ever, never ever, NEVER EVER has this game claimed you need to be lvl 60 for a title. Now suddenly it's a requirement. **!

The game says for Elder: Leader of #1 clan

#1 clan happens to be MY clan, and I'm lvl 58. I HAD the elder title for a day, without being lvl 60.
