    hi,

    could you please let me know asasp where are my 4000 ambers + extra recharge?

    i have to get it today to get the daily recharge rewards associated.
    if not i will stop the game too many issues everytime

                Your 39.99 is a chargeback. You'll need to contact support to settle that.

                  it's a chargeback only since i contacted Paypal to block it until it will be resolved
                  and i contacted the support with 1 ticket and around 7-8 email, but the support doesn't really reply... oh yes with an email with a bad link to follow lol

                    As mentioned when submitting a ticket, support can take up to 3 days to respond, though it's often shorter. They can't send you ambers or send you any rewards you were missing while the payment is in chargeback status. You would need to cancel the chargeback through paypal, and then we can help mediate your issues with the support team.

                      it's too late now, when you recharge for a daily event and it's not working it's too late .
                      support should be more reactive during these daily event,

                      and just as reminder i ask a chargeback because support said that i got the Ambers,

                        Bugs are unfortunate, but not being able to click a claim button doesn't mean you can't still get the rewards if you qualified for them. Just means you need to be patient and maybe ask for us for help so we can advocate for you. Not much we can do for you while there's a chargeback dispute going on, though. I did send them a note that the auto mail being sent for that still contains outdated links. I thought the previous team fixed that, but seems they didn't.

                            ok still not have any news from support regarding this issue, i removed the dispute from paypal to see what will happen but i'm pretty sure i lost 39.90$ but anyway if you don't remove dispute your account is with limited access lol
