missing sapphires in ancient catacombs

On most crowded server s37 we have one spot to collect sapphires till other servers got lots. This bug happen regular and been reported and we got answer to go fight for it . Its ridiculous how irresponsible r2 react on this. We have over 200 people on ulti lv with one spot or in good case 3 other servers getting lots more. Fix it please. This is our lonely sapphires spot.

Can you provide full-screen screenshots documenting the locations of the Divine Sapphire's in your server and the multiple locations from the other servers, please?
