I completed floor 114 of the abyss, the reward appears as received, but I never received it, I sent 2 tickets to support, I was ignored, no response

Abyss floor numbers have been changed, so the higher floor number now corresponds with a previous lower floor number, and if you already got that reward when the floor was a lower number, you don't get the reward from the new floor number.
If you're sure you are missing the rewards, please provide you character name and server, or your UID (found on the banner at the top of the game screen or on the upper left corner of the R2 home page), and I will ask support if they have received your ticket.New R2 Community Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VFMzFDqKq5

Support was not able to locate any tickets regarding Abyss from the R2 UID you have provided. Did you submit your support request through https://www.r2games.com/support? Please try again and send me a screenshot of the confirmation screen. Because this screenshot will include your email address, please send that to me through Private Message.
To send me a Private Message, click on my name, then click the button that says Private Message. In your message, upload the screenshot. When you click "Post", you will receive an error. Simply close the window, the error message is itself an error, and the message is sent. I won't be able to respond to the message because private messages are broken, but I will be able to read it once.

There seems to be a miscommunication. You said you submitted 2 tickets, and did not get a response to those tickets. I told you support said they do not have any tickets from you, based on the information you have provided me in this thread.
What I've asked you to do is submit a new ticket to https://www.r2games.com/support - and send me a screenshot of the confirmation message. That confirmation message will include your email address, which we don't allow to be publicly posted, so please send that screenshot to me in a private message. I will use that screenshot to make sure support received your ticket.
Once support has a ticket from you, they can look at your logs for previous rewards received and will let you know if you received the rewards from floor 114 before the change to this event, and they'll let you know what old floor that corresponded to. If they find you didn't receive those rewards under the old system, they'll inform the devs of the issue.
