I don't understand why you are cropping the screenshots. You need the whole screen, and you need to reply to your ticket with it. This is an easy fix when you provide exactly what you're being asked for.

So the answer to my question is yes? Log into the game using the same method you have always used and take a screenshot that includes the banner at the top of the screen, because they need to see your UID. That is your next reply to support.

they told me that also i tried it , it created another new account beside the "renewed one" another new one ,, and i guess the problem start to get harder exactly as i did this because before that ,, my house computer cant log in , as the account not created , BUT ,, my work computer still got my game open as still playing fine ,
then i did that click ,, it loged out my office computer , then things got harder after that

When you log in with this option, using a browser, does it take you to a new account?
I see you keep sending support partial screenshots. Please be sure to include the R2 banner at the top of the game screen, as that has your UID on it, and they can verify what account you're logged into that way, while trying to sort out why you can't log into the correct one.

neither , , my account is correct , that what i thought at first , but no i checked my office computer and my house computer nothing i mistakenly missed ,, also the servers , i contact my guild friends and all fine , just my account is restarted fresh new
