    my account start as fresh after i been level 41 !!

    They took 14 of the 30 days they have to legally complete the request. It's an unusual case when someone requests deletion but still continues to play on the account, without cancelling the request for that deletion before deletion happens.

    Unfortunately, according to both departments I spoke to about the deletion process, it truly cannot be reversed. The characters that were on the account cannot be bound to any account now because all of the account related data was deleted, as per your request, and that deleted data is what they would have used to bind to a new account in a normal recovery process. I do apologize, but there just isn't anything that can be done to correct this situation.

    I will ask that their replies to future requests include that they do have 30 days to complete the process, and to remind the player to not create new characters on that account.

    thats so true , i wanted deleted because some annoying stuff happen , then they done nothing for more 14 days , then i give it a try with annoying guys , then things fixed , since they didnt deleted it for 14 days , i said since i fix all things let me give the game a try ,,,

    You asked for the account to be disabled. You were told that once the account was disabled, it could not be restored. I'm trying to find out if there's any way the character can be attached to a new account for you, but I don't know if they can, because they removed all of the information attached to the account.

    I understand it took a week or two, but they have 30 days to process those requests and usually people who want to be deleted don't continue to access the account. If they can do anything, they'll let you know in your ticket.. but if they can't because you asked for the account to be deleted, then I do apologize.

    any how my level was 41 , i was updating my main bulding it was 18 going to 19 my city up higher left corner of the map

    You received a reply to your ticket asking for any screenshots of the character, and so I went onto the server to see if I could find your character in the rankings or a guild list -- I see a nihad118 that's lvl 41. You've been telling them you're looking for a nihad.

    Are you looking for a character named nihad, or is nihad118 the one you're trying to get connected to?

    The reason I asked is because there's 2 websites for Survivor Legacy, and players from both sites play together on the same servers. Sometimes when a character is "missing", it's because the wrong website is being logged into. The other site for this game is survivorlegacy.com - same players, it's just not going to be the same account because it's a different company. It happens a lot, and a receipt would show right away the correct website.

    I've spoken to support on your behalf. I forwarded the screenshot to show what account you're being taken to when you log in. I've helped explain again to them that you are trying to access the character named nihad on R2-21. They are forwarding your information to another department to help locate the account your character is on, and will help you get reconnected to it.
