How do you level yourself?

Hey you know how to level up yourself? The thing is, if you don't level up, you can't level up your heroes, making them and their skills weaker, so I just really need to know how to level yourself.

by logging in everyday, fighting and leveling up ur heros, ur main character levels up automatically, do everyting u can and u will level up
