Screen freezing

While the server drop issue seems better for now, happens mostly on weekends.
The new issue since updating is equal to or worse.
Game screen freezes repeatedly while actively playing. All actions cease, mouse pointer moves without effect, no clicks, no scrolling, and animations stop.
Repeated clearing and reloads are not helping,. This happens without warning, but happens from multiple time in 10 to 30 mins. approximately 6-7 times in the past hour with multiple servers, S11 & S13 confirmed with others.

I have been having the freezing issue starting today after the update last night. I tried multiple browsers on multiple systems all with the same result. I even tried another ISP just to rule that out with the same result.

The game freeze after we do a building upgrade, and need to refresh the game page to fix it, so if you are a low level guy doing a lot of 5m upgrades, you will freeze all the time.
The game now is running better in Chrome than Firefox for me.

This all started after upgrade, hope this helps.

The game freeze happens to me during building upgrades also, and if I do tech upgrades. I did bring up the browser console to watch the communication and I found that every time mine freezes I get an "Uncaught TypeError h.bitmap._removeReference is not a function at Function.e.createFromTexture". And then a "socket close" event. Here is a screen shot of the raw error:

I just started playing an hour ago and iv don't nowt but refresh and refresh bcoz the game keeps freezing iv bought some gems aswel im thinking I want my money back if this is not resovled in the next day or to its not the first site iv had to get my money back and I don't think it will be the last
