    Hi, we do not have a dedicated moderator for this game. I stated I don't play this game. If the information requested cannot be provided I cannot assist with this matter and at which point I suggest filing a ticket with support. If you need your ticket pushed for assistance private message me the information attached to your ticket. However, if you'd like to be helpful please, provide the following information:
    1. What is the Level Requirement for the Expedition Event?
    2. Where is the Expedition Event located?
    3. Can you provide a video from start to finish of the Expedition Event?

        1. What is the Level Requirement for the Expedition Event? There is no lvl requirement it comes out every 2 weeks or so

        This has gone on for 2-3 months now, if this stupid event comes out approx. every 2 weeks. It's not 1 person it's many person's who are having this issue. I know you and others have stated you don't play....but we do and many have complained! It's no WAI (working as intended). My skills are not that great with videos or capturing things but if people keep complaining about the same SUBJECT, Every time it's presented to us, the community then there has to be a problem with this!

        File a ticket?? For what this has been going on for months as mentioned above and by others!! What has been the R2 response? Has this information been passed along and then back to the community? No it hasn't!!!

        All we've been told is capture a pic or video, file a ticket, we don't play this game! Tell us what you've been told be R2 or the lack of?!!!

            Going back through the history... All we've been told is we need the character info to check. 4 of you were kind enough to give a name and server.

            The issue has been forwarded every two weeks, and the reply that we've gotten after giving names has been 'ok'.

            I would like to invite you all to the new R2 discord server, where you will find a channel for The Third Age to discuss and report issues. Hopefully that will help get information moving a little faster, and help you all see a resolution for this bug sooner as well.               It's also funny the "moving a little faster" statement: how many times we have to report the same error? from my humble point of view it will never be fixed

                Apple poor customer service!! Yea i said "Apple poor" So we the players/community need to join a discord channel in order to get faster service.......That's what i read and its in type 2 posts above mine.

                Typical R2 nonsense...............thanks for nothing!! The game or part of the game is broken and we can't get nothing fixed!! So if 4 players gave our names why haven't we been contacted!! Has this issue been dupliccated by the coders. etc!!

                This isn't some random issue by 1 person....

                Apple isn't a bad word its a daily function that we all do before you give me another warning for cussing.............so bite me!!!

                    You don't have to join the discord, it is an option where you will be seen a little faster since there's more people helping out and it's not broken like the forum is. I wish I had 10 mods. There's been 3 who replied to this thread, and now I'm taking over.

                    You asked to be told what we've been told by R2. I told you, a direct quote in response to the reported issue was 'ok'. I know that means the issue has been forwarded on to be checked, and then it will be forwarded on to the devs. From there, I don't know if it's fixed or not until players tell us if it's fixed or not.

                    They needed your names to review the logs. They can see what you've completed in the event, especially since it's apparently an event that can't have it's picture taken at any point over the last 2-3 months by any player from any server that can be shared on the forum to complete the bug report. If you are wanting direct contact, you need to send in a ticket. You won't be directly contacted without having sent in a ticket.

                    All we can do for you on the forum is complain about your issue on your behalf to R2. We are not customer service, we are volunteers who play games, just not this one. Customer service can be contacted via ticket. You can absolutely complain about customer service or the devs here, as long as you follow the forum rules, and I would be complaining too if an event was broken for months. But, taking the anger out on mods is wasted energy that could be used finding someone in the game who has a print screen button on their keyboard.

                    Given that it is a 3 day event according to the event description Minori posted earlier in the thread, it's not likely that it would be fixed for this round. I will do my best to try to get feedback about the status of this issue over the next 2 weeks.

                      Finally figured out how to go from beginner to Intermediate level... and don't shoot the messenger.. You have to use EVERY SINGLE Hero in the game on the beginning stage to meet the criteria for the next level... To facilitate this, be in a guild with folks that as a group have all heroes and borrow from Guild Hero tab (found when you go in to select the team that is to fight).

                        This doesn't show you actually doing the next lvl. Heck i can get to that part then you get a stupid message that flashes too dang fast! Show us a pic of you completing this stage.

                          The picture was to show those that don't know where you can borrow a hero from Guild is located, not as proof. Didn't expect someone to be rude, or I would have provided that too.. Here.. PROOF

                            Thanks for the information Tanya. When you say all heroes does that include gale arrows and the newest one gallant of fortitude? Asking as I don't think many players have these, even when sharing from guild.

                              Yes, unfortunately, it means The new Hero Gallant of Fortitude, Gale Arrows, the VIP Hero, and all the others that can be recruited

                                Show me where i made a rude statement towards you? You can't and once again i doubt you'll need every hero? Once again I'll ask where is the pic of you completing this level and do you have all the heroes? if not then i can conclude your statement is false!
