    Hi MemoryLane,
    I just noticed that they fixed this issue on my character. Thank you very much for your help and please thank Support for me.
    I have the same issue on 2 other characters. I assume I need to send 2 individual tickets to Support so they can fix the issue with those characters as well? Please let me know. Thanks.

      If that's what worked for one character, then yes, you would need to do the same for the rest.
