1- May i ask why we don't have a proper list of monthly events?
2- Are we supposed to expect patches just like old Wartune every 1 year or it gonna be kinda faster?

We aren't sent an event file, so there's nothing for us post.
I am not given advance notice of upcoming patches, so I'm not going to be able to answer questions about if or when patches will happen.
