Refinement Locks

How are we supposed to get them ? The only way to refine our itens is by spending balens? Now refinement is an casher option? It doesn't seem fair.

In in old wartune version 2.3 we used to have jewel hunt and get them. Now that jewel hunt doesn't exist anymore (devs took off) how are we supposed to get the refinement locks?

I have forwarded your suggestion of adding jewel hunt to the developers so refine locks are a possibility for all, I also agree with jewel hunt being added it would be a nice addition.
