A server merge is scheduled for Wednesday, the 17th of June, beginning at 4:00 PM GMT+8. These servers will be down for approximately 2 to 4 hours to allow for adequate testing but could be longer. Please watch this thread for any updates or changes.

The following servers to be merged are:

• S14 and S18, S19 will be merged together.
• S20 and S21 will be merged together.

You can search the internet for the exact message you're receiving to find articles for how to resolve this issue, or you can post a screenshot of the entire error message, and tell us what browser and operating system you use, in a new thread in the support section and we can run through the troubleshooting steps together.

I use Google Chrome and it gave me this message: www.************’s server IP address could not be found. I've tried refreshing the page and I've tried clearing the cookies from the website, but neither have worked. I don't even know what to do anymore.

The only assistance I can offer you without the additional information I've asked for, is links to things that I would personally try first, such as clearing the DNS: https://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html
Turn off your antivirus and see if you can connect. If you can, turn your antivirus back on and go through your settings to see why you can't connect with it on.
Are you using a proxy/vpn? Turn it off or change it.
