    Hi, you need to send in a ticket for that. If you've created a character on a game, you can use that, and if you have no character where, just make one real quick on any game, and then you can use that to fill in the form at www.r2games.com/support

    It is unfortunate that someone used your email address to register an account anywhere. For security reasons, it is company policy that no account is deleted. This will hold true no matter how many rules you decide to break. The only thing that will happen is you end up silenced and can't ask for help with this situation.

    What you should do is contact support. In order to do so, you need a character on a game. If someone was playing a game while using your email, then when you log in and go to www.r2games.com, you will see 'Last Played' in the upper right hand corner of the page. The game name and server are included on that image. Write them down, for future reference.

    If you do not see a game listed as 'Last Played' then navigate to any game by clicking the house icon when you hover over any game's image. Pick a game, select a server, give yourself any name at all, and then exit the game. I recommend picking Wartune from the game list. There's more ticket agents tending to that game.

    Once you have a game name, server, and character, click this link: http://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=ticket&for=account
    In the fields, the account will be automatically populated. Select the game and server from Last Played, or for the one you just created. Input the email address you would like to receive a reply to your ticket. In the Subject line put something short like 'unauthorized use of email' or 'not my account'. In the message, explain that you did not authorize the usage of your email to create the account, and you would like the email address removed from the account.

    Support will not delete the account, but support should be able to help you with the email being used on the account.
