For recent R2 login issues, please log in through the website starting with "https": https://www.r2games.com. In addition, the bookmark of the saved URL may still contain the word "http", please change it to "https". If this does not work for you, please clear the cache and cookies to complete the most recent update, or try again with another browser. Thank you.

    Hello,

    Somebody registered an account using my adress email to play some of your games.
    Since then my mailbox is getting spamed continuously for an account activation, even if I've added it to the spam !

    I had to activate the account today to connect to it to find out if there was any option to close the account.
    I haven't been able to find a way to delete the account created with my mailbox without my consent !
    I haven't been able to find a way to open a ticket to any support.

    So I'm asking you kindly to delete this account I didn't ask in the first place !

    Edit : and don't tell me "account can't be deleted" like it was said on any other post
    It's written on your term of service that the company "reserve the right to suspend, alter, remove, or delete User Content, or to limit, temporarily suspend, or permanently terminate access to the Services"

    And if I need to break the rules to have this account I didn't ask for, to be deleted or banned then I will do it gladly !
    So better save time for every one and delete it already

    Edit 2 : And now since I've changed the password to be able to connect and complain about this account I didn't sign for, the person that created it using my mailbox is spaming for the "retrieve" password option !

    So please delete this F**king account !

    Hello.

    It is unfortunate that someone used your email address to register an account anywhere. For security reasons, it is company policy that no account is deleted. This will hold true no matter how many rules you decide to break. The only thing that will happen is you end up silenced and can't ask for help with this situation.

    What you should do is contact support. In order to do so, you need a character on a game. If someone was playing a game while using your email, then when you log in and go to www.r2games.com, you will see 'Last Played' in the upper right hand corner of the page. The game name and server are included on that image. Write them down, for future reference.

    If you do not see a game listed as 'Last Played' then navigate to any game by clicking the house icon when you hover over any game's image. Pick a game, select a server, give yourself any name at all, and then exit the game. I recommend picking Wartune from the game list. There's more ticket agents tending to that game.

    Once you have a game name, server, and character, click this link: http://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=ticket&for=account
    In the fields, the account will be automatically populated. Select the game and server from Last Played, or for the one you just created. Input the email address you would like to receive a reply to your ticket. In the Subject line put something short like 'unauthorized use of email' or 'not my account'. In the message, explain that you did not authorize the usage of your email to create the account, and you would like the email address removed from the account.

    Support will not delete the account, but support should be able to help you with the email being used on the account.

      Hello! I don't want using this account, because nogamer, and attacking my email account for this site by hacker. So i want deleted, or banned my account forever.

        Hi, you need to send in a ticket for that. If you've created a character on a game, you can use that, and if you have no character where, just make one real quick on any game, and then you can use that to fill in the form at www.r2games.com/support

          Hi! I just recently found out that I have a r2game account that I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR! I didn't even receive some kind of verification email, which tells me 'I DIDN'T SIGN UP FOR IT!' So you would please delete this account that is using my email.

              I have the same problem I found out today that I have an account for the services that you provide!!please remove everything that is associated with this account or a lawsuit and an office complaint will be filled against the company r2 games in the European commission and its services.

                        Hi! So, I saw that someone else got the same issue, but I just found out that I have an R2 Games account that I didn't sign up for. Even your policies say that apparently you cant delete any account, I never signed up for it and I don't want my information in places I don't know. Please delete my account.

                              Hi, I did try submitting a request in the support page.. but due to some reason, it always says that I entered incorrect parameter. "Invalid parameter entered - please contact support.#21". What do I do now?
