Deleting account

Hi, I did try submitting a request in the support page.. but due to some reason, it always says that I entered incorrect parameter. "Invalid parameter entered - please contact support.#21". What do I do now?

Try clicking this link https://www.r2games.com/support and then select any non-billing related category, scroll to the bottom of whatever article it is and select Submit Ticket. If you still have an issue, I'll need a screenshot that shows the whole error and the URL bar.
