If it says that the purchase was incomplete contact the provider (xsolla) and let them know and they will look into it. Please remember if its your first time purchasing crystals on your account that it could take up to 24 hours to receive your crystal

Careful when using infin payment option , if you reached your limit they will disconnect you or block you from calling but still charge you for the minute. I had 120$ worth of charges because of incomplete calls. Beware
