Thank you for posting this issue i have been having problems lately too.....recharged 1 two times took like 3 days to finaly get my gold, rechaged on the 17th i didnt get my gold, recharged today i didnt get my gold. I filled tickets in to r2 and as well as xsolla but according to them the payments went through.I talked to somebody from xsolla and they could see there my payments. So the problem must be with r2. I hope they fix it fast couse this is really bad. And another thing is : paying with paysafe through xsolla it goes asap ( had my gold in 1 min ) but through the bank .......well nothing there . So i miss 2x 500 gold. R2 pls fix this issue.Comment
