Once into the game, open up the 'Hot Events', bottom tab 'Event Prizes' input your code, click exchange. That should sort you out!

my acc is linked to my fb so when i log i dont have to put a pass right? but in the task i have one that is like "Update your personal info; Bind + activate email; set security questions" but i cant do it cause i have no password linked to my acc... so i cant do a task cause of that? thanks...
