Access to my game (Crystal Saga II) has been removed from the web-browser.
I have installed the R2 Client (with administrator privileges') and I keep getting the error that it failed to check for updates. I'm computer tech savvy, I did the proper procedures;

• Checked for Windows and drivers updates
• Verified internet connection (Proxy, Ports, Host, etc)
• Uninstall R2 Client
• Clear cache
• Clear temp and prefetch folder
• Clean registry entry
• Redownload
• Run installer as administrator
• Selected folder that has permissions

I'm still experience the error, I need a way to access my game.

Last 3 requests have been sent. Don't forget, you can bypass the client requirement for now by clicking Cancel on the pop up when attempting to play using a browser.

new client doesnt work on windows 7 can i get the old client link please it constantly shows me this

They are continuing to work on the new client. If you are experiencing an issue with the client, you may now return to playing in a browser. Just click Cancel on the pop up telling you to use the client, give it permission to use Flash, and should be good to go.
