Facebook Players - Info Wanted - Updated

A number of people who play through Facebook have reported not being able to access their characters through the main site, instead they are greeted with the character creation screen. Currently, the only way to access the character is to continue to go through the Facebook page.


If you are experiencing this issue, please send in a ticket to www.r2games.com/support (Crystal Saga II is at the bottom of the game list) so that R2 can view your account information and fix this issue.

You only need to post in one thread, and you only need one ticket.

You didn't include any information about the account the character was on, so it is going to be difficult for them to help you recover it.
