Pet sacrifice bug update (S1)

this! the devs really need to do something about this. delete the pets and temp ban the players if you want the game to continue.

the sooner people realize that the devs don't care about us, the better it will be. people need to stop cashing until they start treating us better. all they care about right now is money. they don't care if people quit. they don't have the foresight to understand that without a player base, the game will end.

if people stop cashing, maybe the devs will take the hint.

Yes, please, please. These guys with their max demons/angels are just having an unfair advantage in just about everywhere in-game, from VL, to sengolia, to avernal, to dungeons, and ladder, etc. Its so sad seeing this and not an official word from our competent company. Guess they don't care as long as some foolish player cashes on other servers.

Fix this. This has gone way too far. Low level VIPs parading around with stage 7 pets is a slap to the face of anyone that spent money and worked hard for their pets. Players with any common sense aren't going to cash anymore because they'll just wait for another bug to pop up and exploit the **** out of it.

And please take into consideration that this bug has effected all servers, not just s1.

A large group of us on S3 moved here together as a guild from another game, if this is not resolved by the time we find a new game itll be too late and ull not only have lost us, but this has ****** a lot of ppl off. i would like everyone to comment on this post with a refuse to cash petition, jus so any new players can continue to see this and not get drawn into the false player base.

Wth, this bug has even affected other servers? C'mon R2 stop clowning around and attend to your tickets NOW! I encourage everyone else to report any player you think has abused this bug (or other bugs for that matter). Please, we need to put pressure on R2 to ban these idiots for ruining this game. R2 won't take action unless players report the abusers/cheaters, so be diligent in reporting to support (even if R2 support really sucks).

The bug has been patched for weeks and can no longer be triggered. The only problem that remains, like the previous dupe glitch on S1, are the players who have abused it and how they are/are not being handled.

You may report suspected players of such, however due to the workload in the backend, cases will take time and disciplinary action can be anything from a temporary ban (albeit not a very good one but is still a form of disciplinary "action" taken against the player) and on. Case filers will not be informed of the progress of pending investigations or the consequences to follow, so there have been many times where a player is banned for x amount of time and it does go unnoticed.

Need I also remind everyone that though it is fine to discuss exploitation as a matter in itself, it is not permitted to encourage exploitation on the forum. Such posts will be deleted and warnings will be served with repeated occurrences. Thank you.

Though I understand where you are coming from, please refrain from encouraging exploit in any way, shape, or form. Again, you may discuss exploitation as a topic in itself, but any encrypted messages about the freedom to do so is prohibited. Any further comments egging others on will lead to an infraction.

Please check S1 and see how everything is just ruined there. Nothing to work for anymore. No point topping up. No point on farming gears. Loads of duped GMUTs, DCs, immacs, PUCs that have gotten dupers so strong. Gold duping bug that until now is still unresolved. Pet sacrifice bug that likewise is still unresolved. Ridiculous prices of items.

- r2's response: nothing so far and if anything (based on r2's response to the rampant cheating in s1) only a limited ban and the offending user will be able to keep the pets and points

I am also wondering how. Nobody here is advocating cheating. I'd be advocating one if I actually posted here HOW to do the cheat/bug step-by-step. I am not that stupid to be fully against cheaters while abusing bugs at the same time lol. Just kinda sad that they have a strict enforcement of rules here in forums (which is what I want, don't get me wrong) but have no one policing the game itself that players can reach out to directly apart from R2 support for faster processing/serving of bans.

This is what I'm confused about. Don't they understand that allowing stuff like this to happen reduces the amount people are willing to spend? Instead of cashing to buy some DC, players buy from a duper instead. It doesn't make sense. They're hurting their own bottom line.

I did try to get the ticket expedited through MemoryLane, who did say it was already forwarded a couple of times.
There´s actually a thread here on game discussion made on 11-04-2016 12:07 PM.
Nobody followed it up until December 28th, which I find really disappointing.

Anyways, I did submit a different ticket again back on Thursday. And I'm waiting for a reply since then... is it addressed to the billing department, however there´s no way for me to give you a ticket number or so, cause there´s none and I don´t get anything on my e-mail.
