why is there alot of websites with the same game ? like crystal legacy and crystal saga . are you guys sharing of gamecodes ?

The game is originally made by a Chinese company, while R2 and various other places have licenses to translate it and host servers in various time zones. Since the translations are different, and done at a different pace, some content is released faster or slower on one site or the other.

Does this mean you can't use a Sands of Time to switch between familiar trees?

The Sands of Time item allows you to reset all your skills and deal out the skill points again, so it'll allow you to re-specialize in a different set of familiars.
