If u read it, it says fixed a bug with daily hunt rewards, not daily hunt xp.

the exp comes in the reward of a quest sherlock holmes

The bug was that people were not getting Morph Crystals in the first place. Now, people will.

We are already aware of the issue and the R2 Team is already working to get it fixed.
