    I mean to be honest the steps were written down clear as day at what we needed to have in the messages. It kinda sucks the ones that did it right have to suffer because some cannot grasp the concept of following steps. Many people have answered how to find all of the information you need how hard could it possibly be to get it right

    Seems that not enough people followed the complete directions in the first post of this thread, so no accounts were restored this week. All pm's to R2CS_JPRestore MUST include the R2 account name AND the option you are choosing (character restore or crystal refund), along with all of the rest of the information asked for.

    You cannot leave any of this blank. You must give some sort of answer to everything that's been asked for, even if not sure.

    So, everyone needs to go back and make sure all of the information is there and accurate. Some will already have a pm on the forum requesting the additional information.

    I cannot stress enough how important it is to go item by item in the list in the first post and give all of the requested information.
    If we have all this information do we need still need to turn another private message in with our info?

    when i used this account i didn't click any server, and i can't confirm if there's a character there because can't log in in S63 server

    If you click on a server, it will show up as your "Last played on" server, regardless of if there's a character there or not.

    The only update was to have everyone include the R2 account you guys wanted characters transferred to. The second update was just a reminder that there are 2 options (character restore or crystals refund), and no one was saying which option they wanted.

    I logged in on my R2 account then to my surprise, under crystal saga, it says last played on S58 Hollorn Cliff, but when i tried to take a peek, on the loading page, it says 'infinity%', and i haven't receive any email or pm yet. so i guess it's on the process of restoration.

    Today is the day, but not everyone will be getting on today, like Memory said It just means that you didn't make this Maintenance as they aren't done verifying the information you sent them, but you could be up in the next maintenance
    I appreciate your time to respond and am sure you are right as I thought this also. However, I want to make absolutely certain before I risk anything. So please can someone who has access to the gm verify it?
