Joyopark Players: Character Restoration Options inside - Please Read!

I really hope this coming up maintenance goes a lot better for us joyopark players If they still have missing info I hope they will at least restore the ones that got it right this time

Not at this time. They weren't able to restore any characters during the last maintenance because almost all of the mails were missing an account name and which option was being chosen for each character.

As I keep saying- do the best you can. They will be looking at all of the information you give, not just one thing. Try to get close to the date, but they will understand if you don't remember the exact date, as long as the rest of your information is correct.

Try to think back to what event was going on when you joined, and search for a thread about it in the Joyo forum. If you joined right after a server release, search for the release notes on the Joyo forum. Try to get a ballpark number. If you know you joined in May 2012, for example, then that should be sufficient.
