i didnt recieve any pm from the restoration.. does that mean i gave the right info's?

at least give us the exact date for our char to be completely restored and able to be played. you just said that after the weekly maintenance our characters will be restored. but nothing happened for the first, second maintenance? and is this really for sure for the third? please don't just give us hope and then nothing happens. sorry to be rude but we anticipated that this maintenance we will be able to play. just settle things and give us the exact date, perhaps?

I do agree. You're not alone in your thoughts here. I understand this week is going to be very hard- you've all been told this week was the week and now you're being asked to wait and I know what you're thinking now. You are allowed to vent here if you need to. I completely understand being angry right now. I would be too- and I'm not as nice as you've all been while angry.
To the questions of how do you know if your information is right or wrong- you will receive a mail from JPRestore. If you haven't received one yet then they are still verifying your information. Please continue to be patient.
Also, I know a number of you are mailing JPRestore with requests for an update, questions, duplicate mails with your information- please only send one mail with your complete information, do not send it multiple times because it does slow the process down. Questions sent to that mail are not replied to, they just don't have the time to do that.
If you have questions, use the threads. I will do my absolute best to answer them.
