You need to submit all of the information for each character, and make sure to specify which option you are choosing.

OMGGG... I had an alt in my account ... I forgot all about it thou... do i just have to say the name of the character? its the same account anyways and I also had some in S1 S3 S4 S6 AARRGGHH !!!!! this is going to be so hard I dont remember T_T

I know they want to restore everyone at the same time. I am pretty sure that if someone comes in a week or two from now, they will be able to get their restore. I am not sure how long they will do this for, but I know that after everyone is restored/refunded and the mail dies down on R2CS_JPRestore, they won't be checking it much. From what you have said here, I gather that once the restore team has restored characters/refunded crystals next week during maintenance, that they will no longer work on it anymore. Is this correct? I have friends that have computer issues and can't login and friends I have yet to be able to contact that would love their restoration, so I am asking for the sake of those who haven't yet logged here to send a pm, if they don't send one by next maintenance, are they just **** out of luck?Originally posted by MemoryLane View PostI'm sure there's a very good reason for waiting.. I do agree, it's hard waiting so long. But on the bright side, it gives you all a little more time to find your friends and drag them back before they lose out on this opportunity.

When R2CS_JPRestore gets to your email the will inform you if the information is wrong and needs to be changed OR if your toon is going to be restored on this week Maintenance.
I Know that its a pain and disheartening at the same time, and you have every to be angry.

Yeah I have been waiting long enough for my character that shouldn't be having this issue in the first place. First we were told there was a merge and then someone ended up fing that up (surprise surprise). Now this? Forget it i'm done spending money on crystal saga and really wish I didn't waist so much of my time on a company ran by people like this. See you around my friends.

If you haven't gotten a PM its just means the haven't gotten to you yet, as Memery had said over and over again -_-
If you don't get a PM off them, it means they haven't gotten to you yet. You will get PM if your information is wrong or when they are going to restore your toon like ChoseBlade did.
Please do not resend your information unless they have PMed you asking for it again.
As Memery has also said the re-sending of your information constantly and PMing JPRestore for updates is slowing the possess down.Last edited by Apoloymi; 06-20-2013, 09:02 AM.
