What I was told before was one R2 account for one Joyo account- even if there are 3 characters on the account, because there can be 3 on an account. However, people are being asked to create a new account for each character, regardless of if it was on a different account or the same account.
There's only one person I'm able to ask to verify anything, so as you can imagine I do need to wait for that person to be working before I can ask. I'll update here as soon as I know something.
