i would like to revert back to the start of this thread about saying that this was not a joke (srsly people. not joking.) but it is turning out to be that way. now i would like to say seriously that is what was said. so whats the deal now? techs not into their work? i know they had quite a few emergency maintenance's last week as it was. shows how sloppy they are being. you know what, i am trying to keep my cool as much as possible and deal with delay's. 1 week being the fault of people not filling out all the info needed. and i admit i was one of them. but what is the hold up now for the past 2 weeks?

How do I get contact information for R2 corporate office? It seems that the employees don't want to do their job, so someone needs to talk to someone who can encourage them to do so.

I'm working on that, I promise.

I'm not going to be getting much for updates today, because there's a ton of information to gather first, but I will get one.

no char for me either and i never created a char on this account and received a message telling me last maintenance i would get my char back. i checked all 5 of the servers to log in to see if my char was in any of them!
