yay for more waiting, thanks so much for the speedy resolution. If you don't know when you are getting our characters back, stop saying "next week" say "when we know what we are doing" because multiple months for an email linked to each character on the server is a bit too much. This could have manually been done by a single person by this point. More empty promises. (this is not directed at memorylane as he/she has been very helpful and tried to do anything possible)

they said last maintenance that they will restore all character.

so there is no assurance if our character will restore after the maintenance?

I am hoping characters are restored today, but I cannot assure you. We are all in a crossed fingers state right now.
