I have a question. Can we still do the restoration process for the accounts that we never submitted to restore before? coz I know the ticket is for those who submitted the info before for the restoration but never got their characters right? Can we still pm R2CS_JPRestore?

Good, keep it clean. If you don't have another, create a temporary account and create a character on any server with that, for the purpose of sending in a ticket.
