    For of the "I have my main, not my alt" questions, please send them in a ticket, following the format in the first post.

    For crystal refunds not received, I am currently collecting information about that. I need to hear from people who chose that option- whether you got them or not.

    Ok so, i have filed all my information exactly as stated to have the crystal i purchased on my joyo character refunded on my new character, never got a pm saying more info was needed and yet i log in today and find no crystal. Whats the deal here people.

    Please use any existing character you have, or create/use another account and make a character on any server for the purpose of sending in your ticket.

    Made a new R2 account never played on it. Sent all info they wanted and still No TOON. What if I wasn't a heavy buyer I don't get my toon. Cause guess what still no toon and really getting mad. Why can't R2 just clone our dang accounts like Yeeps did for players...This merge wasn't our screw up but we are the ones that being putting thru the ringer... We want our toons back!!!!!
