(J3)Steph03 still needs to be restored. I had a friend complete the information for me so it would be more clear and tried to submit it again to help them find my character. However, when I went to submit it I got an error message saying R2CS_JPRestore had a full mail box. If you could kindly tell them to clear some messages I will pass along my information that has been rewritten in more detail and in a clearer way.

We'll get you sorted out soon too. Having everyone's characters verified as restored and then I will contact each of you with further instructions.

this is the reply i got last week "please be more patient, your character will be restored after we have confirmed your info"
