    The characters in that list have been restored. They just need to be moved to the correct account, as currently they are inaccessible.

    No need for new info- they have it already. No need to panic either- no one can access the accounts the characters are on. I haven't gotten any specifics about why characters were restored to randomly created accounts. If any additional information is needed from any of you, I will contact you directly. I'll pass along anything I hear about the progress as I am able to get information.

    There was a bit of a mistake made and the characters ended up restored to a new account that was not the one you provided (I don't have access to anyone's information to know if there was no R2 account name given, or if it's just an error).

    The devs are currently working on getting the characters off of these incorrect accounts and putting them on the right account. We do thank you all for your continued patience.

    The following characters are being double checked for placement to the correct accounts:
