    • sent the ticket and no reply. so what's the point in sending a ticket. if they don't want to hear from me that I refuse to take THEIR errors into accounts, they shouldn't make me send one. if your payed staff, r2games, can't deal with account related issues, then you need to change them. we are spending real money for this, worked money, spend our time with this, just to lose OUR time and money?? I don't think so. FIX IT, because it's your errors and your mistakes, NOT OURS

      • yes, i sent the ticket and still no reply. you know if this company would take a minute and come on the forum with some official message to us that just had thier chars lost, this waiting game wouldnt be so bad. it really angers me that i get some message they cant restore my char and when i write back, i recieve nothing. r2 games doesnt seem to be a very personable company. memory lane, as i have told you in the past you are doing a great job, but this is above you and they need to come out and do or say soemthing.they put too much on memory, i think and its not fair to her either(or him) so please, can we have some official post of what r2 is planning on doing about the chars they lost? this isnt just about money, this is also time we spent on the chars. right now as the days drag on, these are days we are missing from playing. every week we are falling behind more and more. enough is enough, i want them to clone our chars and give us crystals for all the time and bull- we have been going through, so whats the deal r2?

        • i agree with the cloning idea. clone their characters. if they are not capable enough of moving them to their accounts. give the people their work and investment back. you think crystal refunding them will be a solution? it won't. those people that were 120 arent gonna agree with it, and i dont blame them. this feels to me like someone's making fun of them all and laughing in their faces saying "oh well. bad luck guys. now shoo or start over". seriously

            • You know what im thinking they lost everyones accounts and wont do anything to help there loss well your dumb for trying to transfer it to a site that cant compenstae the ideas of cloning accounts and stuff because no is getting any messages at all

                • Please help my character name (S5)maharayano is not yet restore. I checked it but my character is not there. I checked all the server too.. Please help! It's said Characters Restored on July 4th. I'm hoping for your response.. Thank you and more power

                    • i refuse to make any payments on r2games for vip or crystals, or in any other game that i play, until carbon, tinkywinky, and the rest of them are restored. and im not the only one. we pay for the running of these servers and for the payments of the tech service thats is supposed to do ITS JOB!! not sit on their ***** all day doing nothing about their characters. if this doesnt get fixed, ill delete my 130 char and start over in another place where they care about their players and customers. if nothing changes around here i'm done with this company.

                      nobody is replying to people's tickets sent for almost a week

                      and in another game im playing you refused to refund me 20$ worth of gold for an item i bought that had a WRONG DESCRIPTION. i didnt get what i payed for and the r2 staff refused to give me what it said on the damn box or my money back

                      people payed real money for their characters, and wasted all this time, for some more than 2 years. r2games has no right to dispose of them like they are trash and has absolutely no right to take the resources of these people as a damn joke!!

                      i should complain to the BBB, but too bad you're based in china. i'm sick of the way you treat your customers

                        • These players deserve information as to what is going on. They receive messages saying to send tickets. They send tickets and don't get any response. They are told their characters exist and are already transfered, yet they aren't able to put them on the account. What the hell is going on with this company? This is the most mixed up **** I have ever seen with ANY gaming company. Considering I have played tons of online games, that's saying a lot. MemoryLane please if you get any information update these players. A few of them are close friends of mine and are good people, and I'm not happy with the results they are seeing. They deserve better.

                            players have no fault. they sent their information and that was what they were requested to do. but it seems around here, some are chosen to be restored, some are not. it's like playing russian roulette. moderators have no fault in it as well. their duty is to tell the players what they are told by the superiors. the ones at fault are the gms in charge of responding to tickets, and the technical support staff that are not doing their job in their department. those at fault, need to get fired and replaced
