If it was your first transaction, give it a 24 hour process period before your goods are delivered. However, do make sure your transaction was successfully completed -- you can confirm so by accessing the My R2 section of your account and viewing your Order History. If your purchase was completed and was not your first transaction (or was and it's been over 24 hours), file a ticket here with your order number: http://support.r2games.com/.
