    Ok i submitted another ticket, basically directing them to this forum thread, because i don't know how broken the ticket system really is.


    And just to post about the ticket verification that goes along with the NO EMAIL problem.

      umm the thing is if u bookmark the ticket site and directly access it it wont work....well atleast for me (for viewing ur ticket status)..... so i hav to go all the way through many links and open it lol

        actually whnever i tried to put screen shots while applying for the first ticket it wont go through.........so i do it after i get the reply

          try to use photobucket.com and link it?.... for linking the ss i mean

            bluu you multipost a lot lol

            but witch use this link to check your ticket as it was posted on a separate ticket database http://support.r2games.com/support/support

            btw you elves.... STOP SLACKING!!!!

            also witch already said she will not use a third party website(and i do not blame her) since R2 is too busy(or lazy) to input their normal means of screenshot submission

              Already book marked that link, since its the only way of getting to the ticket page now.

              My point i was making is that the support page buttons for tickets, still direct you to the old ticket status pages.

                ahhh yeah makes sense then lol.... they probably just use a different database now and forgot to merged the two like idiots

                      Im getting replies to my tickets with "can you supply information or screenshots" when i uploaded them in the original ticket.
                      Not sure if those are working.

                      Still no email verification, and still unable to reply to my tickets.

                        Ok im able to confirm today.. that CSR2's new ticket system is not receiving all of the screenshots uploaded, if they are receiving any of them.

                        I had a reply in my email saying they did not receive any screenshot in regards to my ticket and do-not respond to allegations, i am unable to upload it again because the system does not allow it, i have to create a new ticket entirely, and even then.. they will probably not be able to view my screenshots.
