I think emergency maintenance really should be done ASAP......

but two days lost run to l20.. so means cant do void tomorrow... that is alot of days to be missing void...btw..thank you for looking into it

Sigh... all five of us stuck on floor 8's never ending load screen tonight, so frustrating! Would it be worthwhile to submit tickets on this issue or is this already in the works to be resolved?

I founded odd that after maintenance i was stuck in loading which i never do unless my internet dies. Then boom, our entire party died xD i just gave up after that. Only do void up to level 8, nothing else to be done until they fix it.

Shadow, have you tested that in Void floor 8 as well? Since all players seem to have the same problem (we got several reports from S13 as well), it's hardly one of our usual loading issues...

it doesnt work on void... we tried it since we go to l20 have to try everything to make it work and not lost run...

have you seen the screen shot?..its all black.. so how are we suppose to hit the hide character button?

if get stuck in loading, hit the hide characters button and the sit button once or twice each - reactivating hide characters and giving a command. will force to load most the time if have decent connection. has worked so far when few my alts get stuck loading and in island entering etc

You can't do anything, the screen is blank with 'loading data' box in the middle of it...no matter how many keys you press it just stays like that until you either exit out the game and log back in or you die and res back to town.

The issue has been forwarded to Devs, all we can hope for is they can resolve it next maint.
