i am having the same issue i just spent 20 dollars on a ugc card used it never received the crystals yet received the confirmation emall and i went to file a ticket and this character doesnt come up and i cant even file a ticket with an alt so something is
seriously wrong and it needs to be fixed i want my crystals
SO GM LOOK AT YOUR DAMN FORUM AND FIX THE DAMN PROBLEMS

I have the same problem.. but i was able to file a ticket.. they should fix this mess.. bdw is this your first purchase? coz it says that if first purchase.. withing 12 hours for them to deliver... took me more than that before i start filing a ticket.. wish they have some some "tokens" for the inconvenience..

nope its my 3rd or 4th im not sure usually they reply to a ticket asap but its just getting ridiculous now. not even a single reply from the support team. ill accept any response like "we are currently working on fixing the problem". i just hope it will be fix soonServer: (S42)Tinosia Delta
