Hacked email and facebook

GM, my yahoo and facebook got hacked and they changed all my personal information include my security answer and question
My crystal saga character can't be played because it's been bound
Any idea i can play again? my character seems to be abandoned

First thing to do is to clean out your computer- make sure you don't have any viruses or keyloggers on it.

Then, make a new email address, you'll need it for getting your ticket replies.

Finally, send in a ticket to http://tickets.r2games.com
Include the email address you account is bound to, and ask that the account be unbound (you can give an explanation as to why if you wish, but it's not necessary).

They will ask you a few questions to make sure you are you. Once they've processed your request, you'll be able to log in with your username until you decide to bind a new email address to it.

me too memory lane this is shadowfiend i let hil to use my account but i found out that he file a ticket requesting to unbind my facebook account. and he also change the username and password i gave him. that's clearly an act of hack. i let him use my account because he is my fellow pinoy. and r2 should not adhere to his request since he cant verify it using my own email. thanks you so much just send my regards to BrotherVT hehehe
