I went afk for 4 hours till now and when i came back i got disconnected so i relogged and my character was Level 1 and no items/seal or soul.

(S59)Tinkerbell is my friend and she's also in my friend list. I heard the news about what happened. I'm trying to view her in my friend list but she's not there anymore. So i tried to whisper her and view, *** !! level 1 mortal? I hope R2 will take an necessary action about this matter. It's just a bug, a bug that need to be fix. I'm hoping for the retrieval of her character as soon as possible.

How do u idiots know its unfair? maybe she did something wrong, why always put the blame on r2 without even knowing what really happened? No one made you spend ur precious money on this game, u paid for pixiled items only, and not for unconditional support
