Perhaps she got hacked the same way I did..someone got on my account from an IP on the other side of the world deleted my account and i found out (s52)Mariah made a new Sin to make sure i didn't get my acc back she told me herself. I find it odd that the same thing happened again to another rogue who cashes a lot you can retrieve her account u just don't want to, too busy counting the piles of cash we send u yet u cant do any small tasks for us

Theres only one way to hacked....u attempt to cheat(using hacks from unsafe sites) or you give your info out or use unsafe progs with other players. Its not possible any other way, and any1 who says otherwise is lieing.

If it's so easy to hack someoane, then alot of more players would have issues of this kind. The "hackers" would probably aim at the top players. I'm not saying its imposible, cuz it is, but people need to thing first at what they did wrong, before crying our loud that they were hacked. Maybe she got a keylogger from someoane, maybe she logged with her acc on some unsafe sites, maybe she tried to cheat or maybe she gave her password to someoane else. Either way, R2 own our characters, they can delete them if they want without ny reason. So even if someoane paid money to suport the game, R2 has no obligation to them. If i buy a car and i have an accident do you think the dealer would give me a new car back? Nop

R2 must be retarded if they don't give accounts back. After all its a business. As soon as people think that characters can disappear even with char lock and without sharing any account data, then they won't cash at all. Why would you spend money on a game if your toon can just disappear and you don't get any support? It's not always that simple.

If what the threadstarter claims is true, then he/she should get their character back.

IF she is telling the truth, but there is no way we can know for sure this. What evidence there is that she was, indeed, hacked, as she claims? R2 did the check, and as they stated, some other IP was on her account. As far as they know (or care), she shared her account with someoane else, and this makes her responsable of her lost account, not R2.

I dont really care how i couldve gotten hacked, i dont use gold buy sites and im too weak to be using hacks ( i wouldve been alot stronger than )
+ i dont share my char. The thing I care about is my character back. I am online at S59 Floran Everglades for any GM to contact me

I know some players got their account back after they deleted or pretend that their account got hacked. Try to trace the ip log of her account. If she is telling the truth why not give her back her account.

That ip excuse r2 gave is a little silly.

If she gave away info, then a person with a different IP would be there.
If she didn't give away info, and got hacked, then you'd still end up with a different IP there.

Either way, of course someone with a different IP would be there. What they should say is if they've seen that different IP appear multiple times in the past and how long it's been going for. If it's been accessing for weeks/months, then yeah it's probably account sharing gone wrong. But if it's just the past few days, then there's a chance she's telling the truth about being hacked (while also being a chance of account sharing, no system's perfect).

they can restore your character and maybe your pet and honor rank but thats like about it <.> because thats what they did with my account only restored my character lv and pet i was annoyed cos i had purple slayers and i lost it and i was like man i dont wanna even think about lvling up till 80 now , so they are can restore character they just dont want 2 in this case , unless you can prove you didnt share info or something =\
